TKO,

This isn't exactly what you're doing, but, we have a form to restrict,
but we couldn't get it to work until we said:

<input type=hidden name=config value=htdig>
<input type=hidden name=restrict value="www.co.henrico.va.us/hr">

It didn't work if we just said value="/hr" - we had to add the www.etc.
in front.
