Documentation for the 3.2 releases is available at:
<http://dev.htdig.org/htdig-3.2/> which IIRC is mentioned on the main
htdig.org page as well (along with the announcement of 3.2.0b2).

I'd say the snapshots are probably more "stable" than 3.2.0b2. We're
trying to close in on a 3.2.0b3 release, but life has been busy for the
active developers. Of course more help would always be appreciated.
My rough guess is that 3.2.0b3 will get out the door without one pretty
major change (in the database backend) and so we'll probably have at least
a 3.2.0b4 before a full 3.2.0 release.
