There are a couple ways of doing this. You can have a single restrict
or exclude input parameter that lists multiple directories separated
by a vertical bar ("|"), or you can have multiple definitions of the
restrict or exclude input parameter in the search form (e.g. checkboxes
or a select multiple construct, or even separate input fields).
