Not without either customizing htdig to look specifically for that line
and storing it specifically in some field for htsearch, and customizing
htsearch to grab and display that field, or else perhaps just customizing
htsearch to find that line in the excerpt and starting the excerpt
display at that point.
The ht://Dig package was designed for general HTML file indexing, and
isn't geared specifically for mail archives, so it may not do exactly
what you want without a bit (or a lot) of hacking.
