AFAIK no, but there is a limit for the line length in the configuration
file.
If you write all URLs in the same line, Ht://Dig might chop the rest
off.
Best is to put every URL on a single (continuation) line, i.e.
start_url: http://www.foo.com \
http://www.bar.org
