The program also puts out the "Found existing file" message before
looking at the file name extension to see if it's a type it handles.
Currently, it only allows .html, .htm, .txt, .asc, .pdf, .ps and .eps
files, as those are the only ones it can definitively peg a mime-type
on right now. If the file has no extension (e.g. xyz and not xyz.html),
then it will fall back to HTTP to allow the server to determine the mime
type of the file.
