I'm not quite sure why you want more than one key? I'd first use a
Dictionary (hash table) object.
Otherwise, I'd have a database indexed by checksums pointing to
DocIDs. This would be an analogue to the db.docs.index file which is
a database of URLs pointing to DocIDs.
