FreeBSD ports can be found at:

http://www.freebsd.org/ports/www.html

If you installed freebsd with the ports source you can go to /usr/ports
But, your ports sources may be way out of date so read the freebsd stuff
on keeping your ports source up to date. I use cvs and it works great but
I have good network connectivity.
