Subject: [htdig] exclude-urls problem

Like I've had a brain cramp, but I can't seem to figure this out. I
upgraded today from 3.1.2 to 3.1.5. Install seemed to go fine. Everything
working well. But when I went to re-index our site (I removed the old db
files first in order to get a fresh start) the exclude_urls item in the
config file doesn't work. That is, the urls listed appear to be indexing,
though I'm using the same syntax and set of urls in the config file as I
had with 3.1.2.
Can anybody tell me whether something has changed with the exclude_urls
procedure? or is there something else I need to do? I've gone through the
docs but haven't come up with any clues. Much obliged for any advice!
Here's what the pertinent portion of the config file looks like (and I
double-checked to make sure I'd called the right config file on the command
