Sure, when you rundig, use a configuration file that lists all the virtual
sites, this will index them all.
Then for your searches, look at the restrict field for htsearch. A tag
like this will do what you need:
<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=restrict VALUE="virtualhost.com/">
