[htdig] Does htdig follow <a class="..." href="..."> Links

Ht://Dig don't follows Links like '<a class="black" href="aktuelles.htm">'.
Is there any possibility to configure, that Ht://Dig follows these Links.
My Version of Ht://Dig is 3.1.3.
