[htdig] error while compiling in HP-UX 10.20

I've installed HP-UX 10.20 with C development kit and C++ compiler.
However when compiling htdig with make,

I get the following errors.

CC: "/opt/CC/include/CC/iostream.h", line 117: error: two definitions of
ios::op
erator void *() (1034)
CC: "/opt/CC/include/CC/iostream.h", line 117: error: ios::operator void
*() can
not be redeclared in class declaration (1168)
*** Error exit code 1

Stop.
*** Error exit code 1

I tried to copy iostream.h and modify by commenting out one of the
entries
in line 117, make continued and gave a similar error on strings.h

Any suggestions to overcome this error??
