In almost all cases, this can be done with a carefully crafted list for
the limit_urls_to attribute, and then just use exclude_urls to handle
exceptions that slip through the cracks. See

In the 3.2 development version, these attributes will allow regular
expressions, for even more flexibility in defining includes and excludes.
