[htdig] How to manage 200 exlude directory??

Hello

does anyone know how to handle approx 200 exclude directories and how to make this
maintainable.

I know you can change the config file or pass a hidden field to the script, but
this doesn't work with 200 directories or is pretty uncomfortable.

Any suggestions
