No it won't. Currently, case_sensitive only affects how disallow lines
in robots.txt are matched, but it doesn't handle the case below. Someone
is working on extending the case_sensitive attribute to handle this problem,
i.e. to work as documented, but in the current releases and even the latest
CVS source tree, it's still pretty limited.
