You can use either of these with htdig:
<meta name=keywords content="blah...">
<meta name=htdig-keywords content="blah...">
You can also define other acceptable names using the keywords_meta_tag_names
attribute in your htdig.conf file. Note that for meta tags, the convention
seems to be content=..., not value=...
