[htdig] Index and searching mail digests

I am trying to have htdig index Majordomo email digests as well as http
files. The digests are outside of the web file tree. The web files index ok.

I have tried:

start_url: http://www.foo.com/
local_urls: http://www.foo.com/=/usr/local/majordomo/lists/digests/
