I am trying to compile ht://Dig 3.1.0 on an HP-UX 10.20 system.
When starting the 'configure'-script, it stops with

checking for timegm... (cached) no
checking whether we need gethostname() prototype?... no
checking how to call getpeername?... configure: error: can't determine
argument type

What's the problem and how can I fix it?

When I bypass this problem (by changing the line 2425 in the script) the
compilation of the package stops (after starting it with gmake) with

pollux:pohl 70% gmake
gmake[1]: Entering directory `/local/pohl/tmp/htdig-3.1.0/db/dist'
gcc -c -O -I. -I./../include ../btree/bt_compare.c
In file included from
                 from ../btree/bt_compare.c:54:
/usr/include/sys/stdsyms.h:244: #error "Large Files (ILP32) not
supported in strict ANSI mode."
gmake[1]: *** [bt_compare.o] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/local/pohl/tmp/htdig-3.1.0/db/dist'
gmake: *** [all] Error 1

What does it mean?

Anyone who can help?
