[htdig] Compile problems on SGI system

Yep. THe SGI pain. I've got some serious problems trying
to compile on SGI IRIX 6.5 (64 bit), using the MIPS C/C++
compiler.

Here's a complete listing of the errors below. NOTE,
I simply used "./configure --prefix=/web/htdig", and 'configure'
seemed to run through fine.

If anyone has any experience building HTDig (3.1.0b4) on
SGI, I'd love to hear pointers. I'm hoping it's something simple
like a compile-time switch/option, etc...

v/r
Shane
