[htdig] Bug in whatsnew.pl ?

 Hi,
 
 It seems there is a bug in the whatsnew.pl contrib script. I use the latest
 v of htdig 3.1.0b4 w the latest script and Berkeley-DB; But in function
 parse_ref_record I've got a value of $what == 18 which put the script in an
 infinite loop (all records from the db have this value).
 
 Any help please?
