Sure! It finds the first match in the list, so you can even have some
overlap to define a default map as the last pair:

local_urls: http://www.foo.com/oldstuff/=/home/old-httpd/html/ \
                http://www.foo.com/newstuff/=/home/new-httpd/html/ \
                http://www.foo.com/=/home/httpd/html/
