The descriptions for search_results_footer and search_results_header in
htdoc/attrs.html mention that ${VAR} can be used for variable substitution.
This is incorrect. The code for Display::expandVariables() handles
$VAR and $(VAR), but doesn't currently handle the braces.
Either the documentation or the code should be changed. Fixing the
code would be preferable, but a bit more involved (i.e. adding more
states to the state-driven parsing engine).
