Subject: multiple site index problem

I want to index more than one site and starting URL,

I want the following two starting URL's www.ivf.com and another
sub-directory on www.betterheatlh.com

I want to search the entire ivf.com site....but only one or two levels deep
on the betterhealth.site.

How can this be done? Can two separate indexes be combined?
