I don't quite know what you mean by "add just one url."

You can add a URL to the start_urls and it will index everything. If you
don't specify "-i" when running htdig and you have copies of the old
databases (if you also specify -a, make sure you have copies under .work)
it will only index those files that are new or have changed.
