Hi,

I've just donwloaded and installed version 3.1.0b1 of HTDig. I seem
to be having a problem running htmerge. I get the following when I run
rundig:

htdig: Run complete
htdig: 1 server seen:
htdig: enescu:80 5 documents
Somewhere_deep_inside...: /var/lib/htdig/db/db.words.db: unexpected file
format
htmerge: Unable to create/open the word database
'/var/lib/htdig/db/db.words.db'

I've tried deleting /var/lib/htdig/db/* but that doesn't solve the prob.
I've also tried doing a -a on both htdig and htmerge. But that just puts
.work on the end of the db.words.db.

I've seen on the mailing list archive a hack for AIX. BUt I'm using linux
and that hack doesn't seem to work. (It stops it compiling). Anyone got
any Ideas? I'm using slackware 3.2 with linux kernel 2.0.33 and I'm
completely stumped. :(

Cheers,

Paul
