TEMP DIR in Htdig

Hi there.

I have a small /tmp filesystem and often fills up when I try to build a large
database.

How can I specify another location for the temporary directory. I've tried
using TMPDIR=/someother_dir with an export, but it still doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions?
