htdig: How do I re-index all the webpages using the same index guideline (same htdif.conf).

I successfully set up and index my html files.

But how do I re-index all the webpages using the same index guideline
(same htdif.conf).

I've tried the following command: "sh rundig &". The database was not
updated because I changed many files on the webpage.

A command to do this or a web page that show's what command it is would
be nice.

Thanks a bunch!
