Is it possible the "Enter value for format" prompt is causing the
malformed header problem? It seems no matter what I put in the conf file
for format, I get this prompt. It's got to be a configuration problem if
no one else is experiencing this. Can this prompt be bypassed? If
so, what conf variable should I set and what should it be set to?
