Subject: Compiling on Sun Solaris
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"
can s.b. please help me with compiling htdig ?
I can compile it fine on a Linux system. But now I would like to run htdig
on a Sun Solaris server, where my homepage is hosted on.
First, when I do just configure, it sais it cannot find "fstream.h" . So I
do a "./configure --includedir=/usr/local/include/g++", but it still
doesn't find it.
After all I added the above path to the Makefile-inc .
When I try to make it following output appears:
In file included from /usr/local/include/g++/fstream.h:30,
/usr/local/include/g++/iostream.h:91: parse error before `__extension__'
/usr/local/include/g++/iostream.h:208: parse error before `__extension__'
Could s.b. help me why that is ?
When I edit iostream and some other files, so they don't have this
"__extension__" anymore, and put it in "htlib" it works with compiling, until:
ld: fatal: library -lg++: not found
ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to htdig
Please, could s.b. give me a hint, what I am doing wrong. Could it possibly
be, that the g++ lib is not installed correctly ?
