1) case insensitive form variables (words, format, config etc)

2)config files which can specify some of the form vbles (eg restrict
and exclude etc) For me this is a much easier way oflimiting searches .
The config file could set all the defaults and allow the form to overide
(or not as a security issue ?).

Our set up is a small database which searches
a few web areas (offical dox, personal pages, specialist centres)
using the config file to specify differnt restrict excluse etc
(and being able to include the same files as used by the start_url
(using the `back ticks`) would be much easier for me
