htdig: Match count variable

I wonder if there is a possibility to display the number of the current
match in templates, e.g. on page 3 the matches should have the numbers
from 21 to 30. I've searched the docs and the source, but didn't see
something that looked like a variable that might give me that value.

I've tried to hack around with "<ol seqnum=$(FIRSTDISPLAYED)>" in the
header and then "<li>$(TITLE)" etc. in the template, but unfortunately
some browsers don't support the SEQNUM tag...
