Hello,

There is a little typo in htdig/SGMLEntities.cc. Iacute and Igrave
entities are swaped (don't know if that's the word in English, what I
mean is that Igrave is 204 and Iacute is 205).

I don't have many comments about the program because I'm just installing
it now, but it looks great.
