Version 1.3b3 of Apache will have the possibility to turn of
column sorting. The problem was tracked as PR#1261 (see
http://bugs.apache.org/index/full/1261 for details).
But I wonder if it isn't the best to simply make htdig ignore
any URL with a "?" in it?
