Will we probably be using SourceForge to host the CVS tree in the
long-term? Yes, probably.
But keep in mind:
a) This CVS tree has been around *long* before SourceForge (or
VALinux, or even before Andrew opened up the tree to people like me).
Old habits (and accounts) die hard.
b) We have a variety of custom tools for things like snapshots,
indexing the website (htsearch anyone?), making the mailing list
archives look nice, etc.
c) Many large projects do not use SourceForge for the simple reason
they already have the infrastructure already in place. Apache? GCC?
ht://Dig? ;-)
