Well, the latter message is one I can get in the configure script--I
just haven't seen a complaint like that before. (We already check for
size_t, int, long int, unsigned int, etc. for arg 2 of select.)
I'm not familiar with the former message, but I'd bet it's another
SysV v. BSD issue. I'll pull up the code tomorrow morning and see
what's up there.
