It's good to hear that it doesn't require any changes--we haven't heard
much from people using CygWin.

At one point, we had a binary package for people who didn't want to
compile ht://Dig for use under CygWin/WinXX. If you'd be willing to
package things up and provide a README, it would be greatly appreciated.
