Subject: [htdig3-dev] Do we need an all.html file in htdoc?

Hi, folks. With the latest change to the automatic documentation system
of defaults.cc and cf_generate.pl, the resulting attrs.html now has a
bunch of links to all.html, for attributes that are used by all programs.
Should cf_generate.pl be changed to make an exception for this, or would
it make more sense to actually have an all.html that lists all programs
with a brief summary description of each and a link to its documentation?
I favour the latter, but I don't have the time to write it.
On a related note, I had considered the howitworks.html file as a
candidate for all.html, but it's both incomplete and outdated. It still
describes the old function of the htmerge utility. It also doesn't
list all programs, especially the newer ones, but I guess that wasn't
its original purpose. Still, maybe some of the tools should be mentioned.
