I had thought, if we include the modification time in the
md5 it would mean that we would still exclude aliases of
the same page but it would mean that identical pages
that are physically separate would be very likely to
be indexed separately so you wouldn't loose subtrees
due to identical pages with relative links.

I'd probably still make wether to do it an option though.
