This is likely the problem--it doesn't care about your hostname in the
least. For some reason, the config.guess script in the db/dist directory
(for the included Berkeley DB distribution) cannot work out your
appropriate system type.
If you have a more recent config.guess script (e.g. from something like
gcc-2.95 or other GNU software that works with that version of UnixWare),
you can either replace the one in that directory or supply the host triple
to the configure command-line yourself.
