I believe modern versions of Perl have this as part of the DBI
modules. It should be part of your Perl installation. There is also
an HtDig-Database module that I am uploading to www.htdig.org,
ftp.htdig.org and eventually will make it to CPAN.

If you wish to see an ASCII file dump of the databases, you want to
use the -t flag to htdig.
