I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. There's no one to speak to
as far as licensing--we're not a commerical entity. The license is
specified in the COPYING file in the source distribution and again on
<http://www.htdig.org/COPYING>
The license is the standard GNU GPL version 2. There are no
restrictions on use (e.g. you can use it on a commerical website),
but if you intend on selling a product containing ht://Dig, you must
include the source code including any modifications you have made.
The source must be available at a minimum to anyone who requests it.
If this doesn't answer your question, please feel free to elaborate
and any of us can explain how the GPL applies.
