Hi,

OK, I'd like to remove PDF.cc and pdf_parser and related code for
3.2.0b2. Is everyone satisfied that we have a converter script that
will handle Acroread output for those who wish to continue using it?
We'll obviously still have PDF.cc in the CVS "Attic" if anyone ever
wishes to look at it.

Also, as I was trimming out the translate_* attributes yesterday, I
remembered Hans-Peter's uncoded_db_compatible attribute. I think we
should get rid of this too--there's no way to produce a database for
3.2 without having that code available. We've completely broken
backwards compatibility anyway, so I think it's a moot point.

Does this sound OK?
