You do not want quotes. The problem you have is that the server sent a
redirect as indicated above. But it knocked off the port number!

So if you really want to index with the port number, it's a server
configuration issue--it shouldn't be returning that redirect. If you don't
care, change limit_urls_to to something more liberal like:

limit_urls_to: http://irsun30
