[htdig3-dev] funny business with htfuzzy in 3.2.0b1 pre-release

Here's another strange quirk in the 3.2.0b1 pre-release. When I run
"htfuzzy -vvv synonyms", and an older synonyms.db already exists, which
was created by the 3.1.4 htfuzzy, then the 3.2.0b1 htfuzzy complains:

htfuzzy: Selected algorithm: synonyms
htfuzzy: Could not create database for algorithm: synonyms
htfuzzy: Done.

When I remove the old synonyms.db, it works fine, and it will overwrite an
existing 3.2.0b1 synonyms.db if you run it again.

There's no more meaningful error messages from the DB package about why it
fails, but I assume it has something to do with version incompatibilities.
I put a test for errno right after the OpenReadWrite() call returns,
and errno is set to EINVAL. Any ideas as to what the problem is, and
why we don't get a more descriptive error message?
