According to Geoff Hutchison:

Sorry, I know this is last minute stuff, but I haven't had a chance until
now to get the local_urls enhancements in yet, and I'd like those to be
tested in the pre-release, so could I get you to hold off until then to
roll out the pre-release. I'll try to get it in in the next hour or two.
Also, I just realised that we had a +3 vote back in October for Joe's
proposed max_keywords attribute, which I developed as a patch to 3.1.4
back in December, and forgot to adapt to 3.2, so I'll try to get it
in too. There are some bug fixes to 3.1.4 in Joe's patch collection too,
which I'll try to port to 3.2 where they're applicable. As long as these
fixes are in the final release, though, I guess it doesn't matter too
much if they miss the pre-release.

I think a bare "mv" would work fine in almost all cases (more so than
/bin/mv). Also, this is just used in "htfuzzy endings", so I don't
think security is a real issue here - if you want to slip in an altered
"mv" command to your own run of htfuzzy, that's up to you. As long as
you don't deliberately do something like that, and your PATH is OK, it
should find the right program. If you have time to implement some of
the autoconfig ideas proposed, though, I think that would be better.
