Well, there are still a number of issues and bugs to be resolved, but I'm
going to start working on the RELEASE file for 3.2.0b1, along with
something for upgrading from 3.1.x.
If I have time, I'm going to start adding a "version" field to the
attributes and will also leave room for a "category" along the lines of
what we talked about last Feb. Even with the former, I think there will be
confusion between 3.2.0bX and 3.1.x. Should we keep a separate
documentation directory for 3.2.0? Otherwise, I'll bet people will get
confused.
