Yes, it does.
What is your "include" line like?
include /usr/local/htdig/conf/test.inc
works wor me.
Aha! I think I know what is this. New parser assumes ":" as the file
name. I'll fix it ASAP.
Temporary solution: remove ":" in "include" directive.
