I think it should definitely *work* in lynx, since that's often what
you get on a terminal connection. However, I'd suggest that we stick
to HTML 4.0 in some form simply because we shouldn't be promoting any
sort of non-standard markup. (Then again, who am I to dictate webpage
design.)

I think there is already precedence for this namespace.

Remember that the conf parser isn't strict. So you can add your own
attributes like those you mentioned.

I think the proposal looks really good.
