I would like to share the code with you. What I got, is a darn hack, not
worth mentioning it. - Although it works. But it's in no way a portable
database interface.
What are your ideas concerning a portable interface to databases in htdig?
I would suggest the ODBC-Interface because nearly all available databases
under linux are support now this - That could be a good Idea, because it
makes porting to other operating systems easier. Or the JDBC when you want
the Java-Version...
