I just read your message. In order to make a program for link checking
(called 'htcheck') I decided to use a 'mySQL' database. I built a simple
interface to the mySQL API (called Htmysql) but it's doesn't follow the
existing database interface for htdig, because it is completely different.
Besides, 'htcheck' program is my first attempt to build a complex
application that communicate with a database, and probably it is not
perfect ... But if you want, I can share it right now.
If Geoff wants, we can build a new dir for database interface, but I think
we need a little bit of planning and designing ... And unfortunately in
this period I don't have enough time to work on it (Darnt "Millennium Bug"
...).
